Getting Started as a Seller

Follow these quick steps and get started as a Seller within 24 hours:

1. Fill out the “Join Our Market” Form

You can find this form under the Sell with Us section. After we receive your request, a dedicated Customer Success Specialist will reach out to you within 24 hours to guide you through the process.

2. Sign Listing Agreement

The Listing Agreement for Sellers is a two-pager that is sent to you with our standard Terms and Conditions. We use DocuSign for electronic signature.

3. Complete the Onboarding Form

After you sign the agreement, you will receive a link to the Onboarding Form that you fill with your company's main information (Address, Contact information, About us, and Highlights). This information is shown on your partner profile in UCXmarket. We also require your logo in vector format.

4. Add Products

Welcome to UCXmarket! Now you're ready to import products. To do that, you can refer to our product import article or you can simply send us the information about your products and we will import them for you.
